Construction Safety Program

To help foster a 24-hour safety culture on the Capital Beltway HOT Lanes Project, ALL Fluor-Lane construction personnel and supervisors
Accept a ZERO Incidents Culture
Make safety the #1 priority of the job
Participate in a project specific safety orientation program
Belong to a Safety Work Group
Conduct "Safety Walks"
Serve as a mentor or joined our mentor program
Follow well developed daily work plans
Actively participate in daily pre and post-job briefings to discuss "plan of the day" and safety issues based on specific work assignments
Meet to discuss Lessons Learned to avoid future incidents or near-misses
Participate in a fitness for duty program
Are recognize through a Safety Incentive Program
Participate in regularly scheduled job specific safety training
Share a common concern for the safety of their co-workers. Everyone leaves the job site safely - just the way they started their day
